The Open workout 18.3 is the third event of the 2018 CrossFit Games season, sponsored by Assault Fitness and hosted Thursday the 8th of March inHouston, Texas. Kyle Kasperbauer and Neal Maddox will represent the master division during this workout.

100 Double under
20 OH Squat
100 DU
12 Ring MU
100 DU
20 Dumbell snatch
100 DU
12 Bar muscle up
115/80 OH squat
50/35 DB snatch

TIPS TO PERFORM
18.3 is composed by a lot of technical movements so make sure you spend time on your warm up.
Ring and bar muscle ups may appear as the challenging element of the workout but don’t underestimate the OH squat and the DB Snatch.
100 DU is a lot of volume, stay calm and keep breathing on those ones, do not freak out as you’re gonna get tired.
All the movements are taxing a lot the shoulders, so you may break up more than you would usually do but most of all, don’t go to the failure.
Don’t be fast but try to be perfect otherwise you won’t make it to round 2.
