The Open workout 18.5 is the last event of the 2018 CrossFit Games season, sponsored by ROMWOD and hosted Thursday the 22th of March Reykjavík, Iceland. Annie Thorisdottir, Sara Sigmundsdottir and Katrin Davidsdottir will face off for this workout.
18.5 Workout:
AMRAP 7 minutes following a scheme:
- Thruster, 3 reps
- 3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
- Thruster, 6 reps
- 6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
- Thruster, 9 reps
- 9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
- Thruster, 12 reps
- 12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
- Thruster, 15 reps
- 15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
- Thruster, 18 reps
- 18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
- Thruster, 21 reps
- 21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…
When you complete the round of 21, go on to 24, etc.

It's time for the finale. #18point5 will be announced live from CrossFit Reykjavík in Iceland 🇮🇸, and it will be the battle of the Dottirs.With two Fittest on Earth titles under their belts, Annie Thorisdottir and Katrin Davidsdottir will compete against each other along side 2017 Games fourth-place finisher Ragnheidur Sara Sigmundsdottir.
