We tested this program for months on almost 100 beta-testers and most of them get their 1st pull-ups before the deadline they expected.

No level is required but you do need an access to a Gym because you will need some equipment.

 

Kevin Do Duong is an active Crossfit Competitor and Coach.

He coached at Reebok Crossfit MeWellness in Shanghai and PT multiple athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

This one month program gives you 3 days a week of extra training that you can add to your regular training program.

Every session last between 20 to 30 minutes.
